Metwork™ ("Metier Technologies") is looking for a senior QA engineer with extensive experience to establish an automated UI test suite and build a testing strategy. 

This position would also be responsible for establishing manual, automated, and regression testing practices, technologies, and requirements; contributing to the design and implementation of QA processes and practices; and maintaining the quality of the product.

A successful senior QA engineer must demonstrate creativity and innovation, have an ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, possess excellent communication skills, have strong analytical skills, and be disciplined at keeping up-to-date with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Choosing and implementing automated UI test suite software.

  • Writing of test plans including manual, automated, and regression testing.

  • Design, development, and execution of test plans as part of the build and deployment process.

  • Participating in story elaboration.

  • Mentoring of QA engineers.


Experience

  • 6-10 years of experience in the field.

  • Degree in computer science or related.

  • A love of the testing process and a commitment to building solid software.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Understanding of balancing the relationship between business needs, design needs, and engineering needs when it comes to QA and the QA processes.
