Metwork™ ("Metier Technologies") is growing and looking for a software developer with extensive experience to execute various development duties and mentor other developers.

The position's main responsibilities include writing code, elaborating stories, contributing to the design, implementing software, and maintaining and updating system services and architecture.

A successful senior software engineer must demonstrate creativity and innovation, have the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, possess excellent communication skills, have strong analytical skills, and be disciplined at keeping up-to-date with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing coding assignments.

  • Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality.

  • Creating and implementing design plans.

  • Analyzing code segments regularly.

  • Delegating tasks to team members.

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.

  • Pair programming.


Experience

  • 6-10 years of experience in the field.

  • Degree in computer science or related.

  • Extensive knowledge of software development and its technologies.

  • Solid experience in coding.

  • Ability to adapt and learn to changing technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of user interfaces.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML and web frameworks.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Typescript/Javascript

  • AWS

  • Relational databases

  • NOSQL Databases

  • GraphQL/AppSync

  • Laravel and Vue
